SJAB SJAB SJAB.....I LOVE SJAB....

sighh...but im leaving SJAB soooon... like in a month and a half's time?!?! no matter how much i like this cca it totally makes me sick once i hear that i have to go sj. gosh. tml's there's sj. hope i dun see alot of freaking people who wants us to call them mdms and sirs when they haven even go for OTC. talk about respect... R.E.S.P.E.C.T. it's n extremely major thing in sj i should say. we all sec4s cried for it.

Just leave the SJAB protocol kinda respect aside. i dun wanna talk about greeting officers when in a room. Just talk about BASIC HUMAN KINDA R.E.S.P.E.C.T. i dare to say that we sec4s do have that. and we HAD alot for the P.O.Ms... im talking about alvin's batch only. not everyone.. but just some specific people who are urghh but apparently they have no idea that they urghh. In the past we really listen to them and we did not make any trouble.. cos our batch is not those kind that gives attitude or dun do work. we listen to any order they give... even the far far far most ridiculous one. for example... there's this stuck up one who was sitting in the sj room shouting and screamming for cindy. the rest of us were outside the room and i thot that person was looking for cindy for something IMPORTANT. so we shouted for cindy. and she rushed into the room. and guess wad. that person said," EMPTY THE BIN!" WTF. and cindy really went to empty the bin. dun that person realise how humiliating it is?! and we just continued to bear with everything. and there's this other time... the first day for cca recruitment..everyone was happily wearing their ranks one..and im the only one not wearing. i didnt complain anything to the officers or whatever...i even went to find a sergeant's rank to wear so that it looks better than nothing. so then i realise i took fai's rank so i returned her. and i guess you would hardly believe why i dun have a rank. it's because some POM wanted to look nice and good and perfect and so i had to sacrifice my rank to give my senior to wear. and me?! i wore nothing that day. once again. it's suchh a bigg humiliation. it's not that i wanna have some face or wad la.. but i dare to say that if i come back as a POM and i see that one of my sec4 junior not wearing his/her rank i would definitely use mine and give it to my junior without thinking AT ALL so that he/she will look good. i mean.. i really cant comprehend WHY must the POM look goood?! who will see? the sec4s are the ones going around talking to sec1s rather than the POM so i dun understand why must they look good. cant they actually spare a thought for their juniors?! wad kind of seniors are they? do they even respect us? do they deserve our respect.

and we spent our own money last time to buy the coporal ranks... now we have to give it FREE OF CHARGE to our sec3 juniors.. that's fine with me. but the thing is the ranks that our seniors LEND us we had to like.. return asap to them once we finished the recruitment cos they claimed they bought the ranks last time. then wad about us?! we used our own money and bought the ranks! so our money can be anyhow wasted but not theirs! from the start they just assumed the ranks we had were passed down to us one. never even approached us to ask is it true or not. this is so stupid. i complained to alvin but up till now he promised but din do anything. i'll just take it that my money is wasted. we'll be passing out without our own ranks. fine..

alright. then before recruitment that day fai went to ask this senior whether she could give us our ranks so we could go home and iron but that person simply rejected fai's offer. reason being not all of us brought our corporal ranks to pass to her. and she claimed she wanna go home and iron for us. WOW.. and so on the recruitment day itself? they were like rushing could they realised there was not enough staff and sergeant ranks for us. and that person din iron too.. claiming she had no time whne she dun even go to school for the time being now. she could have just gave it to us the day before then we can bring on the next day. then she was so busy ironing in the sj room. and was screaming" DUN COME NEAR THE IRON AND DUN TOUCH THE RANKS!" then evon approache dme and told me that there wasnt enough staff ranks... only got two cos got that one senior want to wear staff's rank. so i went to that senior who was ironing and picked us the staff's ranks and see how many was there. and wad did i get..SCREAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!! " I SAY DUN TOUCH THE RANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNKKKKKKS!!!" SHE SCREAMED IN FRONT OF ME DIRECTLY. if i was someone in their batch i would have screamed at her back or become violent already. was there even a bit of basic human respect?! i even had to apologise to her. i reallly had enough.

then. they very pro... very smart.. told us who the commanders and the department thing the same time as the juniors. WOW.. we din even know they and the teachers planned already... we the sec4s in charge of this cca din even know that. training department people din even know that the programme schedule for his term was planned out. came out the department thing was in a mess. admin had only two people. they expect two people to be able to finish admin's tasks. me evon and seokhoon almost died from doing admin work now the three of us really hope to be out of admin soon. and they dare to let 2 people be in admin only. all the sec4s were so worried for the sec3s when they take over. only 2 admin...the department thing was not even discussed with us.. and supposingly we are the ones who know them well NOT THEM. they only know them till they were sec2... and this is wad we get in the end. total no respect at all. the commander's list was also quite shocking. me and may as the sec3 commanders din even get to have a say in the planning. and we are the ones closer with them as we train them. they din even approach us at all. wad is this.we dun even know who are chosen until they announced it to us.

urghhh..made all of us cry... if you all wanna takeover feel free to take over. the ones who are suffering will be the sec3s and 2s. i pity them seriously. i repeat.. if you all wanna take over please take over now to avoid further disputes. i'll be glad to get out of this asap. you all can strip me off my post or kick me out of sj i dun care. im not sorry if any POM sees this. too bad for you then. scold me for all you want. im just sorry if any of the sec3s and 2s sees this.

to sec3s... hope you guys really manage sj well...we are worried for you all cos no officers will be around... timo...brandon...not around.. say tiong also leaving i think. but if there's any problem do call us or something... without us there's always alot of POM for you to ask since they are all back. i really appreciate being with you guys no matter you all dun like me or not. lol.. can see that you all have changed alot since you all were sec2 until now.. you are sec3s ... me and may are proud of you all... not like some people dun even have some trust in her ex.squad at all.


forgot to say...that time we sec4s cry was the first time we showed attitude to the pom and officers and the first time we really said out all the humiliation we have beared with for such a long time. im proud of all sec4s.. we rock mannnn!!!(:(:
